Our application process will take you approximately 20 minutes to complete. During this process, you will be prompted to answer two pre-qualifying questions, a few equal employment opportunity questions, and complete an application. Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. This signals you have successfully applied to the job opportunity.
Our team will review your application and if you meet the minimum requirements, our BCN phone screener will will contact you to conduct an initial phone screen. At that time, our BCN phone screener will ask a few prescreening questions, and be able to answer any initial questions you may have. Once the phone screen has been completed, qualified candidates will be prompted to initiate the reference checks process and will be contacted by our Recruiter or Hiring Manager to schedule an interview.
Once an offer is made and you have accepted a position within BCN, a HR team member will contact you regarding new hire paperwork, onboarding materials, and background check requirements. You will also be assigned to a Clinical Educator who will assist you throughout your onboarding period prior to and after your hire date.
