*For those with Medicare only, private insurance, or private pay, contact the PACE Center to discuss associated fees.

**If you are covered by both Medicare and Medicaid, or by Medicaid only, services are 100 percent covered with no copayments or deductibles. 

Participants may not have a Medicaid Waiver while enrolled in PACE.
